Uxmal

Uxmal pronounced oosh-MAHL, was first settled around 600AD and was abandoned around 900AD. This may have been due to drought forcing them to re locate.

Below are 3 Photographs taken at the site. The site at Uxmal is quite large with several structures occupying the main arena. Those more notably being - The Pyramid of the Magician, The Great Pyramid, The Governors Palace and The Nunnery Quadrangle
